held a thematic seminar for the first year college students on reproductive health, educating girls responsibility for their physical and psychological health. This seminar was held in order to implement the State Health Development Program of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Densaulyq" for 2016-2019.
According to the definition of the World Health Organization, "reproductive health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity in all matters relating to the reproductive system, its functions and processes". Reproductive health is an important part of general health and central in human development. Nowadays, the reproductive health of teenagers is one of the priorities of our state.
Conversations, questionnaires, presentations on factors affecting the health of girls, methods of contraception, the prevention of infectious diseases, sexually transmitted infections and HIV / AIDS were held in the context of the seminar "Reproductive health of girls".
Participants were awarded certificates for active participation in the seminar.
Conversations and seminars with students on the preservation of reproductive health will be continued at the extracurricular activities and meetings with specialists.
